This Dussehra, BotLab Dynamics delivered three unique Dussehra drone show concepts across Jadcherla near Hyderabad, Salt Lake, and Haryana. While each one delivered the message of good triumphing over evil, each drone show had its own story, creative lens, and connection to the local audience. Let's take a peek at the three stories we wove into the night sky:
Jadcherla, Hyderabad: The Power of Maa Durga
Jadcherla witnessed its very first drone light show, which wove the story of Maa Durga and Mahishasura Vadh as its central theme using 300 drones.
It narrated the rise of Mahishasura, along with the rise and victory of Maa Durga in killing Mahishasura. A lotus transformation introduced the goddess as its central character, followed by the formation of the local Hanuman Mandir in the region.

An aerial image of the local MLA was yet another way the drone show paid its respects to the local community, making the performance more locally relevant for the 15,000-18,000 people who turned up for this year's Dussehra celebrations. This was followed by 15-20 minutes of fireworks to cap it all off. The show was attended by the CM, Anumula Revanth Reddy, along with the MLA, Anirudh Reddy, of the region.
Salt Lake, Kolkata: Lord Ram's Grand Journey
Salt Lake Sanskritik Sansad in Kolkata used 450 drones to narrate Lord Ram's journey through a series of iconic Ramayana episodes, starting from Ram Ki Ayodhya and Lord Ram's bow, moving on to Sita Haran, Lanka Dahan, Ram Setu, and building up to Ravan and Lord Ram's ultimate victory.

The larger Dussehra celebrations brought together many cultural elements, with the cast of the upcoming film ‘Ramayana’ and West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari being the highlight. The Ramayana drone show gave the event another layer, focusing on the cultural heritage of Lord Ram.
Haryana: From Sita's Swayamvar to Ravan Dahan
Haryana's 300-drone show in Rohtak built a unique Dussehra narrative around the life and events in Lord Ram's life. The formations moved from Sita's Swayamvar and Ram-Sita's marriage right through to Sita Haran, Lanka Dahan, Ram Setu, and Hanuman bringing the Sanjeevani Booti. It built up to Ravan Dahan followed by a ‘Jai Shri Ram’ message.

Organised by Shri Sanatani Yuva Foundation, the Rohtak drone show attracted roughly 10,000 attendees. It also saw the participation of Haryana's Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, while the cast of the movie ‘Hanuman Ansh’ and bhajan jamming added to the cultural event being held over the long weekend.
One Festival, Three Perspectives
The above-mentioned Dussehra 2026 drone shows by BotLab Dynamics are a testament to how aerial shows can be so much more than just a simple display of aerial formations. Whether it's the heartwarming messages of devotion behind “Ram Aa Rahe Hai’ or Maa Durga's triumph over Mahishasura, each show told a unique story about Dussehra.
For BotLab Dynamics, it all starts with a story, and each creative team member adds their part to build a show that takes the audience from start to finish, through a mix of planning, storyboarding, drone formations, and successful execution.
